Since, 1977, I have retained Charles Barnett as my attorney for legal matters pertaining to personal and business issues. To the Law Office of Spragins, Barnett & Cobb Due to circumstances that we, Phillip and Donald Kyle, were forced to face it became necessary to enlist legal help to protect our interest. We faced the most undesirable decision that family members could have to make. To defend ourselves in potentially the most detrimental outcome possible. The professionalship displayed by Mr. Hardegree during our two court appearances proved to be the difference in the Judge decision to require mediation. During conversation with William (Bill) the seed was planted that turned out to be the best decision for our family. Our property was agreed to be sold in public auction instead on the court house steps. This ultimately meant receiving considerable more than we would had received otherwise.
