Daniel helped me on an alleged 1994 absconded probation violation warrant that surfaced recently. I was facing 9 years. Daniel got my charges dismissed. I highly recommend him for any and all probation warrants!

I went to Mr. Taylor office with a legal issue with my son. I spoke with his assistant and within a couple hours Mr. Taylor was calling my phone wanting to know the details. Within 3 hours Mr. Taylor had contacted the proper people to get my son warrant lifted. He calls you and keep you updated. I wish I would have called Mr. Taylor first. I feel so confident knowing I have an attorney who cares and follow up.

Many people are shy when it comes to speaking or going into a court room and I was one of those people. I'm a veteran of both military and law enforcement. So it's safe to say I've sat on the other end of the court room. When I was indicted on charges that were a tragic accident I didn't know who to turn to. That is when I met this man Mr. Daniel Taylor. For a year he sat by my side worked on my case endlessly and never lost the sight of it. I was scared to death because you never know what an outcome will be on anything. I had to fully trust his judgment and his experience which was hard for me to put my life in the hands of someone who I have never seen, met, trained with, or knew. He never gave up never stopped pushing and seen it all the way through. This gentleman has a passion for what he does and you can see it in him but the way he presents himself also with how he works with his clients. 5 stars is not enough for this man. Words can't express my gratitude for him either. He committed to it and was there all the way. He is a smart, kind, and respectful man and has an amazing staff that works endlessly to help his clients. It's hard to find someone like that but this man is the one. Thank you for everything!

Would NOT recommend!!!! My husband has never been in trouble in his life and we didnt know how to handle the situation we had arise. We called this law office for help and was prepared to pay whatever the cost to get through this but chose not to hire this firm due to the office staff. When you are already dealing with something so stressful the last thing you want is someone being rude and hateful to you. Unfortunately that is what happened with this law office, the office staff was VERY rude and hateful. I was actually hung up on while trying to ask questions on how we needed to proceed with things. I will NEVER call this law office for anything again!

Mr. Steen recently was a panel member for my termination from the State of Tennessee. He upheld my termination. My issue is he’s an attorney and doesn’t know basic ADA laws. I have a disability and requested a reasonable accommodation to return to work. I said that the entire hearing and his only reply was he hoped that I would find work elsewhere. I’m sure in law school they get the basics and ADA is core content for employment law. He ignored my rights and left me without a job in the middle of a pandemic with no health insurance. I had no disciplinary history and was a great employee I’ve seen employees get reinstated for much worse. I was disappointed to know he was a licensed attorney. Shameful. This is my reply to the owners reply: I never stated that Mr. Steen represented me I stated that he was a panel member and he voted to uphold my termination despite evidence that clearly showed I requested reasonable accommodations. I’m standing by my statement he doesn’t know basic ADA. I said what I said.
