Poor customer service 😥

Angela had been recommended by countless trusted friends as the “go to” person for a divorce. I walked into the initial consultation with a “deer in the headlights” look, not even sure what questions to ask. She stepped right up, asked me a few questions and immediately put my mind to ease with everything from the big details to the small ones. Angela and her staff were so prompt and attentive to every single one of my edits and requests, and there were quite a few! At the signing, she was so courteous and friendly, and her presence truly brought peace to a room that was previously wrought with tension. She even saved us an extra step/trip when we asked her a question about something. She absolutely did not have to draw up those additional papers or help us out, but she did it and did not mind a bit, nor did she charge us any extra! Divorce is messy and hard, but Angela will make it as pleasant of an experience as it can be, and she will absolutely protect you.

In one of the worst times in my life I walked into Bird & Bird law firm and meet Attorney Angela Snyder , She and her staff were all very friendly and attentive they made us feel very welcome . Attorney Snyder was a real God send to our family . Just a few weeks earlier my son had past away and now I had to fight for custody of his son my grandson. Ms Snyder was not only a very Knowledgeable Attorney she really listened to all of our concerns and informed us of all our options . She set the wheels in motion in that very first meeting ! She and her staff were all caring individuals that answered all our questions tended to all needs and concerns in a professional , timely , campationate manor !!!! Could not have been a better experience ! We now have our grandson and have her to thank ! ❤️ Definitely recommend Attorney Angela Snyder to anyone !
