went through this title company delt with Charlie guffy herself long story short she didnt want anything to do with me unless I gave her a $2000 retainer and agreeded to a $275 an hour fee if the retainer didnt cover what needed to be taken care of our situation was we had purchased our house in 2021 we decided to sell a few months after our house was in the process of being a done deal sold! we only had 3 days left before closing we were called and informed our closing cant go through because they found a lean on our house from over 20 years ago after a few calls trying to figure things out with Charlie guffy feeling totally confused stressed just feeling beaten she told her staff not to deal with me anymore unless i come up with the money neatless to say we went with a different lawyer with a heart Toby Deaton he took our case got what needed to be done was even willing to take payments he got our deed figured out quickly while conducting himself with dignity while handling us compassion and suport with the upmost respect he is truly a lawyer with a heart
