Mr. Fabus did an absolute phenomenal job in my case. I had an attorney before that was not the greatest and Mr. Fabus was a breathe of fresh of air! He tells you the truth whether you like or not and he is amazing in court. He made me feel very comfortable when we had to go to court and he definitely made it very clear he had my back. I will always use Mr. Fabus in all my legal disputes.

In 05 this attorney helped me with an adoption of a beautiful baby girl. I was never so proud to want to become her mother and because of him he made that dream happen. 13 years later I still love her as much as I did the first day I saw her. Thank you Mr.fabus and now I will be hiring him again for thw custody of two of my grandchildren and I know he will be the best.

Mr. Fabus is an excellent attorney. I used him for my parenting plan modification and the court hearing that followed. He is very knowledgeable, hard working, straightforward, and honest. He holds no punches and will tell you if you are wrong. He will also tell you what the courts will and will not do. One word of advice, don't use him if you only want a yes lawyer. You pay him for him advice and representation and that is what you get! I would whole heartedly recommend him!

I have used Mr. Fabus years ago and he did a phenomenal job. I'm actually using him again today and wouldn't want any other. Fair and straight to the point. Very reliable.

Hired him to represent my daughter during a custody case. He did not do what she asked him to do. He allowed the father to claim the child on his taxes and his statement was, " Better that a dead beat dad get the money instead of the Government". Needless to say was a waste of money, I hired anther Attorney.

I would highly recommend Mr. Fabus. He was very responsive and either answered the phone himself or almost immediately returned all our calls. This was extremely important to me because we live in FL and our case was in TN. Mr. Fabus was very sensitive to our needs and our situation, he was an outstanding professional in the courtroom and several actions he made before the hearing even started ending up saving us enough money to pay our legal fees. He is a family man who showed a genuine care and interest in us as a family and not just as a client. You cannot go wrong by at least speaking to him before making a decision on an attorney.
