I never expected to file bankruptcy, but a life-threatening illness made it a necessity. Chelsea and the rest of The Pope Firm walked me though every step of the process in a friendly, helpful, informative, and (most importantly to me) non-judgemental manner. The debt collectors have stopped calling and for the first time in years, I feel like I'm on track to reclaiming my life.

When my wife and I started talking about filing bankruptcy we were not sure if we could first off and scared to also! Mr Pope makes you feel very comfortable and explains everything up front! His staff Was very professional and very understanding. Kelsey did most of the work and answered all our questions in office and Stephanie was also a very big help! Our over all experiences working with Mr. Pope & Stephanie to file our bankruptcy has phenomenal! My husband and I wasn’t sure what we were going to do financial because of an unfortunate event that caused us to have to file bankruptcy. Mr. Pope & Stephanie was super personable, and also very professional! I would recommend them any day of the week to anyone seeking financial legal advice!!!
