I would like to thank Tony Seaton Robert Bates and their professional staff for keeping my best interests at heart in a challenging situation that revolved around my health and well-being. It started in 2012 and ended in 2017. They used their professional knowledge and perseverance to superbly prove they are the best law firm around. They were willing to take on a large corporation on my behalf. I believe they had a genuine care about me as a person. I had Tony (well, one of his associates) represent me in 1993 and I was thoroughly displeased with the process and impersonal treatment. I have now been involved in another separate incident and I used the online chat line to tell me of my needs and I was abruptly cut off and told that I could not be helped, thank you, goodbye. Again, very impersonal. This is only MY experience but I needed to be treated in both cases as the person who was injured, not just another number.

Tony Seaton was a complete waste of time. They sat on my case for a year. Three days before my hearing I was told things wouldn't go favorably for me and that I should just drop it. What I don't understand is why that wasn't established sooner so I could move on or do something else about it. 0/10 would never do again.

I would highly reccomend Don Ferguson (whom works at Tony Seaton's office) to ANYONE! He and his case manager Kesa (I hope I spell that right!) are so wonderful! My accident happened on Christmas morning and it has been a long road of recovering not only physically, emotionally, and mentally; But also, financially. There were times when I thought my whole world was falling apart and they would always help me figure out the best solution. Don's personality is exactly what I was looking for, in a lawyer, kind-hearted, understanding, straight-forward, and ready to get the job done! Kesa is such a sweetheart and is quick to call back when have a few questions. Together, they make a great team! Definitely look NO FUTHER than tony seaton's office! They will have you covered!
