No help at all ... I am trying to find a new attorney and thses people rufuse to talk to me because I was honest and told the woman over the phone I was am seeking a new attorney. Smh ... Thanks for going out of your way NOT to help.

Did not return my call

When an accident happens, it doesn't just affect those involved in the accident, it affects loved ones too.  They can feel hopeless not being able to help. Robert Bates is someone that not only took care of my case but genuinely cared about my family. Mr Bates, Tony Seaton and their entire staff were available for any questions I had and always quick to respond to any concerns. It can be a long process and sometimes seems worse than the accident itself, but these are the people you want standing beside you through this process. I would definitely recommend them!

I cannot say enough good things about Jesse Campbell and his case manager Constance Gray. They went above and beyond to help us! We were in a car wreck and unable to drive or get around so we couldn’t get to their office so they came to us They were very friendly and professional, with our best interest being the most important. They were always available for questions or concerns we had and kept us updated on our case regularly. By the end of our case we felt like we were part of their family. I highly recommend them to anyone! I would have given them a billion stars but google would only let me give them 5!

To say that I am "Thankful", "Appreciative" or "Grateful" for Robert Bates & Tony Seaton is an ABSOLUTE UNDERSTATEMENT! They explained to me from the very beginning that this would be a slow process...but have you ever heard the saying "slow & steady wins the race" ? They are incredibly thorough with the details of your case! They put in a lot of time and effort to make sure you are ready, your case is where it needs to be before you even take one step into that court room! We started working on my personal injury case back in 2015 & we were finally able to to reach the court room and put all this behind us. I have never seen team work quite like what I saw in that court room! Lawyers usually have bad reputations/opinions from others for being "Shady, Rude, Deceiving"...you WILL NOT find that from anyone at Seaton & Bates. I've felt more like friends and family during this whole process and could not have picked a better group of people to fight this battle for me!
