At Fowler & Fowler we were cared for like family. We felt secure in their capable hands and always felt like our needs were a priority. We really value honesty, integrity, and transparency. Art has all of those characteristics, and for that we are grateful.

My mother was in a nursing home for almost two years under TNCare. After she passed away TNCare sent me a bill against her estate for her nursing home care. Her only property had been transferred several years prior to her going in the nursing home and effectively had no estate. I was referred to Mr. Fowler by another lawyer and I am thankful I was. Even though he was on vacation he called me and discussed my concern and upon returning to his office was able to settle and finalize a TNCare release. I found him to be trustworthy with the expertise to help and will come to him for any future advice and assistance.

On November 28,2015, I suffered severe injuries when an out-of- control SUV crossed the center line and demolished my vehicle. Both my insurance company and the attorney I had used in they past assured me I could not recover any more than the limit being offered by the other driver's insurance company, since the other driver had no resources. I contacted Mr. Fowler on the basis of a recommendation of one of my sons who knew someone who had been associated with Mr. Fowler. He accepted my case. My settlement before consulting with Mr. Fowler would have been less than $10,000 after payment of medical bills not paid by insurance. Through Mr Fowler's assiduous efforts, my final settlement, after payment of all outstanding medical bills, was over $38,000!

Mr. Fowler and his Staff were very professional and exceeded my expectations in the legal matter of probating the Estate of my late husband. I definitely will use their firm in the future if I have a need for an Attorney.
