Holly was very thorough in gathering all documents needed for my court case. When I went to court, she was very specific in asking me questions. So much so, that the judge did not even have any questions for me at all! I won my case because Holly did such a great job. I have since recommended two of my friends to her.

I would recommend using Holly Booksh for anyone needing to file a disability claim. Holly and her staff were very helpful in this process. She met with me on various occasions going over my medical history, etc. She let me know what I could expect in court . She and her staff were excellent in this process.

I feel like she failed me in getting my SSI, I wasn't happy with her at all. I would try to contact her, and hardly ever got a hold of her. I might have talked to her maybe 4 or 5 times. Everyone who has dealt with lawyers understands the anxiety of not speaking their language; not comprehending the system; not having the ability to follow what's going on in the court room. You show up, go to court then walk out wondering, "What just happened?" I had to fight for years for custody of my granddaughter against both my son and the child's mother. Proven drug use, physical abuse and verbal abuse along with abandonment and non-payment of child support. When dealing with Washington county, Tennessee, the courts try to keep the child with the parents to the point (in my opinion) it endangers the child. Constant worry for my granddaughter's safety and quality of life weighed heavy on my heart and mind. Then I met Holly Booksh. Holly talked to me in language I could understand. Nothing was left out of the process. Not only was it clear but she delivered all her information in a friendly manner. No stuffy "better than you" or "no time for you" attitude. Holly is the only attorney I have ever dealt with where I was comfortable at all times; calling at any time, showing up at her office, speaking in person, in the courtroom. But, there is a quality about Holly I admired even more. If you are looking for a lawyer who gets the job done, you need to hire her. She may be as polite a person as you will ever meet but in the courtroom and with the opposing party she holds back nothing. To be honest I was taken aback by the "go get 'em" mentality Holly demonstrated. If I ever need an attorney again I will only hire Holly Booksh. Smart, aggressive, prompt, reasonably priced, compassionate and able to relate to the average person are just a few qualities that have me singing her praises. Give her a call.
