Mr. Cook exceeded not only our expectation with getting the job done, but did it in record timing. I don’t know where to start with this review of my attorney, Kara. She and her staff were absolutely amazing throughout the whole divorce and child custody process. I am so thankful that I hired her to represent myself, and also in a way my children too. She was very professional but also very straight forward. She explained every process and what I needed to do to handle different situations. When I tell you JR Cook is the BEST lawyer in all of East Tennessee, I am not exaggerating. He went above and beyond to make sure the whole time we understood what steps were being taken and why those steps needed to be taken. He was open and honest with us the entire time and always answered any questions we had, even when I asked probably 10,000 questions over the last 8 months. None of us could bring phones into the courtroom and he made sure we could have pictures of the special day when the judge approved the adoption by taking them on his own cell phone and then texted them to me.
