I found myself being sued for $9.5 million, along with several other defendants, for defamation, etc. related to an animal cruelty charge where the pup Dallas was starved to death. When my EAP referrals wouldn't take the case, Grace did. She was so professional from the very beginning. Her communications were prompt and thorough, as she explained everything as we went along. Grace filed a TPPA motion when none of the other lawyers did. This essentially was a motion to have the plaintiff pay our legal fees. At the first (Zoom) hearing, the judge laughed and said even he had never heard of it! He gave all the others 14 days to ALSO file the motion. Which they did. So, thanks to Grace, the others will also receive their legal fees back. She's amazing, brilliant, professional, and a dog lover. What more could you ask for??? I am blessed to have gotten Grace, and will recommend her to anyone that needs a feisty, intelligent, trustworthy, no-holds-barred attorney, even during a pandemic! Thank you, Grace!!
