Very kind and compassionate.

She is very professional and gave us everything we needed to complete the bankruptcy. I would definitely recommend her to anyone I know! Also I would like to add that our case was very special and she handled everything so great. So very happy she was there for us.

The case was an odd bankruptcy case considering we had someone who wanted to still be paid after we filed. She went above what she normally does and had to represent us at 3 different court dates. She was great! I recommend her to everyone who is looking to file bankruptcy.

Did a Google search to locate Bankruptcy attorney and based on reviews contacted the office. Very responsive for the first appointment. Met with Margaret and completed necessary paperwork without delay. My case had few unusual twists. After the creditor meeting the Trustee questioned some of the expenses and filed an objection to confirmation of the plan. Margaret did not agree and we prepared to go to hearing before the Judge. The Trustee dropped the objection, no doubt due to Margaret's willingness to fight. If I had a question during the time I made payments I always received prompt and professional responses. I decided to move and sell my house, and Margaret and the office handled this without issue, and worked with my realtor and we were able to get everything worked out (in spite of buyers realtor). The case is paid off and set to be discharged. Although not a pleasant experience to go through the offices of Fugate and Anderson did exceptional work on my case and I could not be happier. No hesitation in highly recommending this office.

Ms. Fugate and Gayle Sollebberger made a very difficult and stressing time so much easier to get through. They were both always ready to answer questions and sooth my fears. I can't say enough to really do them justice.

Very pleased with the help that she did for me would recommend anyone needing help please call her would use again if needed but hope I don't need her again
