Worst attorney in Johnson City, do not use him. He will ruin your case, he does not care.

Okay I never do one of these reviews but I was so impressed with my experience that I felt that I needed to share my unbelievable experience working with Olen Haynes Jr. Let's face it, a lot of us just doesn't have a high opinion of lawyers. And I was one of those people until my personal experience with mr. Haynes changed my life and opinion forever. From the very first phone call he put me at ease. Not only did he listen but he truly cares about what he's doing. That is felt in how he and his staff take care of you. I went through one of the worst nightmares in my life and to know that I had someone with mr. Haynes's experience on my team was unbelievable. I mean to watch him work was like something out of a movie. I truly believe that I had the best lawyer in the world. He and his staff we're so easy to work with and so accommodating working around my work schedule. In a sea of attorneys out there and never knowing which one to turn to or one that you can trust... Olen Haynes Jr is the only attorney I would ever use again.

Have known and worked with Mr. Johnson for several years in various legal capacities, and have known him to be straight forward and honest. He seems to go out of his way to help unfortunate people who are in trouble with the law. In one instance he saved a young mother in Mountain City who was being entrapped by the local drug enforcement cowboys from an eight year prison sentence. In other cases he has been able to work with prosecutors to reduce his client's jail time to the very minimum the law will allow for their offences. While it is not always possible to totally mitigate the consequences of bad behavior, Mr. Johnson seems to often drastically reduce the punishment that could be inflicted on his clients. He is a good lawyer who cares about his clientele.

I found Mr. Johnson to be an excellent attorney. He works hard for his clients and his fees are reasonable and affordable. My case was resolved in a timely manner.

We were reluctant to seek an attorney after my sons auto accident where he was a passenger. After seeing Olen's hard and diligent work on the case, I'm know my wife and I couldn't have gotten the settlement that we did and the cost reductions from the hospital, air ambulance, etc. without his expertise and guidance. I got a VERY GOOD impression of Mr. Haynes' professionalism. Discussing with several other attorneys about a potential medical malpractice case I was often quite surprised with the lack of their professionalism, even rudeness. I had 2 very productive phone-conversations with Mr. Haynes. He also took the time to write me 2 letters, assisting me with my questions. Although Mr. Haynes couldn't represent me with my case, he encouraged me and gave me confidence that I can eventually prevail in a legal action. Thank you very much, Mr. Haynes!
