I retained Mr. Hall “as plaintiff “to represent me in a contract dispute. I found him to be very honest and he treated me with the utmost respect. His knowledge of the law and ability to explain both sides was EXCELLENT! I appreciate his service and am very grateful for his help. Sam Hall was a great help when it came to handling my Mom and papaw's estate. We had a bad experience with another lawyer who wasn't so helpful, but Sam stepped in and made the process straightforward. He seems to genuinely care about his clients and their well-being, which is appreciated. You can rely on him to call with updates as they become relevant, regardless of the day or time, and I was always kept in-the-loop. We have finally resolved our affairs and it would have been immensely more difficult without the help of Sam. I recommend him.

Nice guy, but very disappointing as an attorney. Don’t expect much communication. It’s virtually nonexistent. All he seems to want is your money, and from there to do the absolute minimum necessary. Shows up to court unprepared or sometimes doesn’t show up at all. Seriously, at my last court date I had to go back for the afternoon session because he didn’t show up to the scheduled morning session. Thousands of dollars for that?! Not worth it. Due to my perception of this attorney's failure to act with diligence, maintain clear communication with me, and follow through on agreed-upon actions, I will be filing a complaint with the Tennessee Board of Professional Responsibility. I will also update my review as the complaint progresses. I believe the public and potential clients deserve to know when an attorney's conduct falls short of expectations, so they can make informed decisions when seeking critical legal representation.

Jennifer was extremely rude when I was just asking for general information so I highly wouldn't recommend attempting to communicate.

I cannot emphasize enough how wonderful Sam Hall is. He is compassionate, so knowledgeable & he will fight for you like you are family. From the very first time I reached out until the process was over, (about a year and a half) he always responded to my calls/emails promptly answering my questions & easing my mind. Sometimes he was calling as late as 9 pm and even reached out from Florida . From our first encounter I knew he had our back. He puts his heart in his work & it shows. I can wholeheartedly say he must love his job & it's really not about the money., he truly wants the best outcome for his clients. I am beyond grateful for his knowledge, compassion & kindness & will recommend him again & again!
