I will be forever grateful I hired Sam Hall for our legal needs. When I first reached out to his office, I was asked who I would like to speak with, I told them Sam, and they put me through to him. I got his voicemail as he was in court. Sam (not a secretary or office support staff) returned my call the same day. To me, that alone shows he cares about his clients. Any emails and phone calls after that were always answered within 48 hours by Sam himself, often well after “office hours” when he could have just gone home. Most things someone needs a lawyer for can be extremely stressful, Sam was kind, compassionate, honest and professional every time I communicated with him, I knew I was in good hands!
