I initially came in a spoke with Mr Spivey (the son) about a divorce. He answered all my questions and concerns. Said it was $5,000 fee to represent me. That's a lot of money but I needed a good attorney because my ex had filled some really dirty paperwork. So I brought the 5 grand to the attorney. Meet with his assistant Lyndsey. She said she would be helping with the case. Never was I requested to come in the office again. She only handled my case through the phone. I never even seen me Spivey again. So only the initial contact was with him. They never asked me to come in sit down and discuss my case all by phone. Then Lindsey contacted me for mediation. I go and only she is there. Now I paid 5,000 for an attorney I'm never even gonna see. I felt obligated to settle in mediation. I was advised this is the best offer you will get. My husband owned a huge business but tried to cover and say it was his moms. Instead of My lawyer proving this was false and getting them in trouble they said oh well we can't prove that. Even tho I had paperwork showing my ex was the owner of the business before divorce talk came about. I was told No judge is gonna listen to this. He had put everything we owned in his mothers name just months before this divorce and nobody even tried to look into it. My ex is now making $450,000 a year and I settled for a measly $30,000. He makes that kind of money and the stay at home wife and mom gets nothing because my lawyer didn't want to fight for me. I feel like I would not recommend this attorney to anyone, I paid a lot of money to seek council I didn't get. Never did I go in a courtroom never did I even speak with my lawyer. I honestly feel like I was robbed by everyone in this case. My ex makes so much money and has bought all these new things and vacations every other week. It's crazy. She made me settle for 30,000 and he makes 10 times that much a year. When you hire a lawyer they are supposed to help you esp with 5,000 retainer fee but I was forced to take what I could get and that was that. Find an attorney willing to fight foryou. Not one that makes you take what they can get. It's so sad what has happened to me. I have nothing and I thought I was hiring the best moneycan buy and ended up losing everuthing. My ex got the house all the vehicles and I walked away with 30,000 not even enough to survive for 3 years. So sad I wish I had found better representation.

My father had to use him for some pretty serious charges and these people are absolute miracle workers. If you get into any legal issues this is the only place you should even consider going. They worked hard and even cut my father a mile of slack on the price when he couldn't afford everything. If he hadn't used them he was looking at 15 years and he spent 10 months so using them pretty much saved his life and gave him a second chance.

I'm very pleased and happy with eveything that Mr. King has done wouldn't have went anywhere else!!!!
