Me. McDaniel accepted my father’s case to enforce an unpaid promissory note. It’s been 15 months and he hasn’t resolved the issue. My father has never received any type of proof or documentation that he’s even attempted to resolve the issue. He does not return call. He doesn’t respond to emails unless I send them repeatedly. Many go unanswered for many weeks. Not good!

Caleb worked with us to get a Modifed Order agreed upon. At first, the other party refused the order, then when we scheduled a court date and attempted to set up mediation, her mind was changed and she worked with Caleb, whom we hired, to get things signed. Nothing was changed from our original plan and we got more time than we anticipated. We are THRILLED! He went above and beyond to help us!
