I sadly made a dumb decision that resulted in charges. I’ve always had a clean record but we are all humans I guess. My main concern was my children, and things staying out of social media and the news for my children. Josh went above and beyond. He never judged me and my main concern, was his main concern and his top goal. He told me all my options and was honest and truthful about what my future could look like. He told me the best scenario and the worst. But also let me know he would work his hardest for the best case scenario. Luckily with all his help everything went exactly how we both hoped and I even got less years on probation and also got diversion as well. He goes above and beyond for all his clients. He checks on you weekly and keeps you updated every step of the way. He is honest and truthful but will work hard to try and get you the best outcome. Josh was very kind to visit my father at the care facility so that he could make his will before he passed. After he passed, Josh was instrumental in making sure that all of the provisions of the will were executed and we were able to close the estate before the end of the year. Josh was spot on from day 1. I called him, he returned the called almost immediately and scheduled an appointment. When I showed up, we discussed everything and Josh explained to me what to expect in court. A week before court, Josh calls me and takes about 10 minutes and explains again what to expect the day of court, asks if I have any questions and informs what time to expect him to arrive the day of court. Everything went just as Josh said it would. He reassured me when he arrived, we walked in to court, and everything went just as Josh stated. We ended up with a second court date and everything went just as it did the 1st time. Josh kept in touch, made certain I fulfilled my obligations and again explained what to expect. Josh, in my opinion, has gone far and above in his services. He is very thorough in his explanations of what to expect and maintains communications with you throughout.
