The worst attorney you could hire I wouldn't even consider him an attorney. He's a con artist using the attorney privilege to take money from clients and never having any intentions of actually doing anything for them. His license was suspended in TN in 2023 for misappropriation of funds (stealing) and license in VA was suspended in 2024 for misconduct ( failure to not provide any services and lying about it) . He has another complaint against hin in TN that is pending.

Will not call you back and never answered phone messages. Been in jail for almost a year and he hasn’t made a plea to judge for dismissal after three years .

This attorney represented me during my case. I was very dissatisfied with his service. Specifically the fact that he would not return phone calls (for weeks at a time) and made false promises. I also found his assistant to be very rude and dishonest. At one point, I witnessed his assistant pick-up and hang-up the phone on other clients to avoid taking their call. I also witnessed Samuel White's assistant advising other clients that Mr. White was out of the office despite the fact he was sitting right beside her. I assume he uses this tactic as well to avoid clients. Overall I was very dissatisfied and I would not recommend this attorney to anyone.

I hired Mr. Samuel White for a personal case. He runs his own company and is very busy with many days in court, but has always contacted me and kept me up to date on my case. He's a very talented and bright lawyer. I've had other family members to hire him for traffic tickets and a custody case. I would not hesitate to hire him again. Mr. White is an exceptional lawyer.

The attorney made promises he could not keep. He stated he would fight for the desired outcome by the agreed contract while making statement he is always available through phone within 1 business day. After the attorney received my money, I called him for 3 weeks at least once a day trying to set up a game plan for court. The attorney ignored all phone calls for 3 weeks until we called him from an out of state number. I instantly fired him for breach of contract to return phones calls in 1 business day. I would rate this attorney to be one of the worst lawyers in Virginia and Tennessee due to his lack of ability to maintain his professional word. The actions of this attorney lacked the ability to maintain a solid relationship with his client and maintain personal morals while putting his client in a legal predicament.

Very good listener. He inspires confidence. Makes himself available to speak with, even when you know he is busy. I thought he was young when I first met him, but he exceeded my expectations.

Case had a much better outcome than I had expected thanks to Mr. White. Could not have asked for a better, more freindly, or professional attorney. If I'm ever in need of legal counsel in the future I'll be sure to use Mr. White, and would recommend him to anyone in need.

I previously had the privilege of obtaining Mr. White as my attorney for a family law case I had this year. It was a very unique and long lasting case (due to the other party postponing etc) but never once did Mr. White have a negative attitude or have any negative remarks or suggest I use someone else. He was always professional and polite. On more than several occasions, he went far and beyond his job duties to ensure that I had the best possible chance to win the case. He made sure to keep me informed of everything that was going on communicated with me every step of the way. Mr. White TRULY cares about his clients and was always very knowledgeable about the laws. I honestly believe if I had chosen someone else, then I would have lost the case. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Samuel White as an attorney and I will never use a different lawyer.
