I hired David Darnell to help me with getting my disability. They made sure I had everything I needed, kept in contact and made me feel comfortable. David called me and went over what I should expect on my court time. Called me back right before court date and made sure I was prepared. I was approved for disability in only 17 months and David called me back to make sure I was getting everything and I was satisfied. I was very satisfied with how everything was handled. I will use them again if I ever need a lawyer.

Lost a huge civil case because of David being completely unprepared. I over paid a premium because we only had two weeks to prepare for our hearing. David came to court and had to ask me on the fly about the case. I would never recommend his services.

David is in my opinion a decent bankruptcy attorney. He is intelligent, charismatic, and maybe a little tricky (he knows how to use someone's words against them). Yet once you get beyond bankruptcy and get him on a job other then that... Well, we lost the right to pursue someone because he didn't actually file for it. Apparently he has too much on his plate.
