I had tried to contact a friend who was a lawyer. After many attempts he never returned my calls. Another friend recommended the Burkhalter Firm. I made one call. The secretary took my information. Within minutes I received a call back. We discuss what had happened to me. I was wrongfully terminated from a local government job. I met with the lawyers at the firm a few days later. They agreed to take my case. They immediately began to pour over my documentation and file the proper papers for a governmental lawsuit. They asked for zero dollars upfront. But began by telling me exactly what would happen and what to expect and when to expect it. At every turn they were professionally prepared to counter any false claims made by the defendants. Any time I had a question, I placed a call or email. It was answered immediately. Through the months of mandatory wait times I was kept in the loop to what was happening. We became more than friends, more like family. Mr. David Burkhalter, his sons, and his staff are the utmost professionals. My case ultimately and timely settled in my favor.
