My family and I retained Gentry, Tipton and Mclemorr near the beginning of 2022. We had been having issues with our landlord addressing a number of issues that had been arising over the past 6+ months. All communication efforts had seemingly fallen upon deaf years, and the case ended up in litigation, where Courtney of Gentry, Tipton and Mclemore had taken the case to represent us. Courtney was very diligent with handling the situation and took the time to establish a thorough understanding of the issues we were facing. Her communication was outstanding. Whether we needed to get ahold of her on the phone or via email, she was always very prompt in addressing our questions. Ultimately, we received the ideal outcome of this case. We definitely recommend Courtney and the great attorneys of this firm in dealing with any type of landlord/tenant concerns - whether you’re the landlord OR tenant!

Be warned! The absolute worst care, worst team, no results! They are greedy and money hungry. Even the easiest of jobs, they failed to do. They lost paperwork that had been sent, stating it was never sent. Very poor manners of the secretary/paralegal. Impossible to get a hold of due to their phone tree. All around unprofessional. They are known around town as the team who gets you to trial and then drops you. Be warned!

I will be using these attorneys for the remaining time that I spend in Tennessee. Great communication and they give great advice!
