Long story short. Marcos and his team will Intimidate the prosecuting team with how thorough they are and yes they are extremely and brutally thorough. 100 plus years of combined legal experience. You won't find an attorney with more advanced certifications then Marcos or an investigator like bill or a seasoned veteran lawyer like colonel Beck. They are worth every dollar

sorry Marcos I should have already shared this!!.. I went through a DUI charge, possession of a firearm while intoxicated charge. This lasted 5 long years and Marcos fought it for 3 years! It was in the city of Alcoa where they have almost a 100 % conviction rate on DUI (WHICH ISNT POSSIBLE ON THE UP AND UP) and absolutely do not reduce charges or even negotiate!!.. I had dirty cops changing their stories lying about what happened and they were getting away with it! i hired a cheap attorney in the same county and he was a total waste of time!!!!.. The moment I hired Marcos he was personable and understanding. My first appearance in court with Marcos was ... well he walked in like a bad ass with swagger and he had the respect of everyone in the court room!!.. Marcos told me every time a offer yes offer was made ..." brother it's up to you .. I'll do whatever you want to do!" guess what I have No DUI... No Gun charge and my life has been normal for 3 years now!.. Marcos you saved my job... my life buddy!!.. I am forever grateful for everything you did for me and my family. you are a class act and absolutely the best decision I could have made!..Thanks brother for everything!!! remember if you are in this situation a cheap lawyer ain't good and a good lawyer ain't cheap!!!!!! Marcos was worth every nickle I paid him!!..God Bless And Good Day!
