Patrick Henry is a nice person but he’s one of the worst attorney’s I’ve ever had. Patrick completely neglected my case for about a year and a half and there was absolutely no improvement in my case. He would never respond to my email nor calls. When we had court appearances, I would do the talking as Patrick didn’t argue my case at all. I finally spoke with Marcos Garza’s assistance and she told me she would look into finding another attorney to take on the case but I would have to pay a retainer again. She never followed back up with me and I had to call myself for an update and spoke to an attorney and he said he could not offer any assistance. I requested a call back from Mr. Garza assistant and she never returned my call. I finally hired a different attorney and requested my file be sent via email and that still has not been sent. Just avoid this office altogether — one of the worst experiences and paid for an attorney that literally did nothing for my case.

I had situation about a year ago that was with my car. Me and the guy exchanged everything and was waiting to hear back from my insurance company. They didnt do anything as i got a lawsuit served to me. I talked to Sarah booher who was the attorney on this case. She handled everything and was very patient and helped out with this situation. Finally got a call from the insurance they had and they finally are working on it. I would definitely recommend Sarah and her team if your facing any situations with a lawsuit.
