Where do I begin? I walked into the Garza Law Firm, the day after being charged with a DUI, scared and confused about what was going to happen. I had worked hard for 4 years at UTK preparing for law school and I thought it was all for nothing. There was no chance of avoiding the DUI and continuing my dream as an aspiring attorney. I WAS WRONG!!!!!!!! When I walked into his office, I immediately knew this was the attorney to hire. The first thing that stood out was all the attorney achievement awards and military honors hanging on the wall. It was refreshing to know I have a man of courage and honor representing me. We had a conversation for almost an hour before even discussing my case, just to get to know each other better. Marcos is a very personable, heart-warming man who made me feel at home from the start. After discussing the details of my case, I left the Garza Law Firm 100% confident that we could reach a desired outcome. THEN, I come back to find out that he has more than one fellow attorney helping with my case and a private investigator (who interviewed my friends present the night I got the DUI, which 100% helped me in court). Even the secretaries are unbelievably humble and courteous. After numerous court dates, due to covid, Marcos and his team got my DUI reduced to Reckless Driving. 6 months of unsupervised probation ended on Feb 6th and I am officially done with one of the worst years of my life! I can’t say enough about Marcos. Even the reset court dates were helpful as I met and worked with Daniel and Keith, who are both phenomenal attorneys. Daniel was with me every court date, reassuring me that there was nothing to worry about. I didn’t see Keith a whole lot but there was one court date where he pointed out certain facts that were essential to gaining my desired outcome. I never felt like I was in danger of losing my case. At all. It’s safe to say I made the right choice. After the probation ended, I got a call from Marcos thanking me for trusting him but more importantly, congratulating me on winning my case. This speaks volumes on Marcos’ character and drive to HELP people at their lowest point. If you need legal help, HIRE THE GARZA LAW FIRM! It’s a whole TEAM of intelligent attorneys.

Right out of the gate it was obvious to me that the Garza Law Firm is managed by a Marine. The attorneys at Garza attacked my case aggressively, and had all my charges dismissed shortly after our first court date. Marcos Garza called me multiple times after hours to personally update me on my case. His team of attorneys were able to turn a tough case into an expungement in just a few days!!! This law firm has the respect, reputation, and experience to work quickly with individuals inside the court system to produce positive results for the defendant. Thanks to the Garza Law Firm, my criminal record is clean and without any blemishes. I'm confident in stating that if I had hired a different law firm my case would still be going through the courts with a much different outcome.

Mr. Garza was very sincere and understanding with what my husband and I was about to go through. He made us feel secure that he was going to do everything in his power to help us. I couldn’t have imagined going through it with any other lawyer. Mr Garza has been a blessing to us.

These people are awesome! It's hard to find good caring people these days. Mallory Garrison went above and beyond for me and my family, she is such a caring person that treats you like a friend and does everything she can to get you the best results!! Jeff was awesome too very nice made me feel very comfortable. Need more people like this in the world!!
