Marcos Garza is an exceptional attorney. He’s top tier. Moreover, he’s truly a genuine, good man. Not only did he fight above and beyond to ensure my case was brought to resolution in a manner that enabled me to sustain my life and career; furthermore, he was gracious, likable, and generous with his time and knowledge throughout the process. He returns your calls and emails aptly, his staff is kind and professional, his office is comfortable and extremely pleasant, and his demeanor in the courtroom is so reassuring and established amongst the other lawyers and judges. I’m in a high stress, time consuming career, and I’ll never forget Marcos telling me at our initial meeting something to the following effect, “You’ve got a lot of responsibilities and duties you are managing right now. You stayed focus on that. Let your worry surrounding these charges go, as much as you can right now. Allow me to handle that burden.” Now obviously, I still worried about the outcome and everything I had to lose, but these words helped me immensely. I put my trust in his abilities so that I could focus and do my job in the day-in/day-out grind as we waited for our day in court. And ultimately Marcos Garza delivered. My charges were greatly reduced to the point where I was easily able to meet the requirements of the court and most importantly so that my record is no longer tarnished. I am in good standing with the court and it feels great! I learned my lesson the hard way, but I learned it nevertheless. Initially, I was a bit apprehensive about how I would afford his services, but I was encouraged by close family and friends—sound sources who told me, do not cut corners on this thing. I made it work financially, and I’m so glad I did. Zero regrets. Honestly, Marcos saved my career. No hyperbole. If you or a loved one are scared and worried, I can relate. Last February, I was involved in a very bad motor vehicle accident that could have killed me and the lady who hit me. A lady had fallen asleep at the wheel and ran a red light as I was going through the intersection. Totaled my truck, her SUV and sent us both to the hospital. I thank God I only had a bad case of whiplash (which a year later I'm still dealing with), but even more, I thank Him for directing me toward Garza Law Firm. I did some online research and noticed they had glowing reviews and success stories, but I was hesitant because I didn't know much about the process, and with mounting medical bills, didn't want to make matters worse by choosing the wrong lawyer. Despite being hesitant, I took a leap of faith by sending them a message online seeking help. Within a couple of hours, the paralegal, Shannon (who has become a dear friend to me), responded with a phone call ON HER DAY OFF. She got some information and got me connected with one of the most caring, professional and brilliant attorneys in Knoxville, Jenny Rogers. Jenny was so sweet and would constantly check up on me to see how I was progressing all the while working hard on the case. She, along with Shannon, had a plan from the start, communicated with me consistently on the progress of the case and was always accessible when I had questions. Last, but not least, I want to mention Marcos Garza. The first day I came into Jenny's office, Marcos took time out of what I'm sure was a busy schedule to come introduce himself and chatted with me for probably 20-30 minutes. I left their office that day thinking what a special person he was. The first thing I noticed about him was how humble and down to earth he was. He was very personable and we made an instant connection. Also, his personality exuded a confident, calming assurance. I knew after that meeting that I was in good hands. Not only was this a caring place, but I also knew that I was going to be working with competent professionals who had "been there done that" before. The case just got wrapped up earlier this month and Jenny and team were able net a settlement for me that was almost 175 percent of what we were expecting.
