Just before my dad passed away, he told me that he wanted to change Power Of Attorney over to me. Within two hours of the initial phone call, attorney Tim Baldridge had his staff at the hospital to notarize and finalize the paperwork. Ever since that day, Amanda Smith has been in contact with me to make sure everything is okay and answer any questions that I have. They also sent flowers to my house. Extremely professional, effectively communicates every aspect including issues, and concerns. Thank you Attorney Booher and Paralegal Roman’s. They did everything possible to reduce out of pocket payments I had to make due to maximum limits of the other individual’s insurance. It seems kind of crazy that a victim has to pay for their injuries and medical costs; however, that is what happens when the other individual doesn’t have adequate insurance coverage. After going through this process, even though I have full insurance coverage, I increased my coverage and added riders to my policy, not only for my own protection but others as well.
