Mr. Cohen took the time to provide with me an answer and a suggestion very quickly. And I have already successfully used some of the information that he provided.

Mr. Cohen showed compassion and understanding for my situation and got back to me in a timely manner. He looked beyond the initial question and was kind enough to be concerned for my safety and e-mailed me telephone numbers for area shelters. Thank you again Mr. Cohen

From reading all the reviews, I'm impressed. Although there were only 1 negative review, he cared enough to try to fix the problem, which speaks volumes! I just wish he would help me in my situation. He's capable. It may be inconvenient him being in a different county, 1 & half hrs away in TN. But these days, court can be held electronically from the office. It's not a difficult case. I just wish he would put the same concern and work into fixing my problem as he would if it was his own Mother having this problem. But from what I've found so far, the law doesn't apply to Fannie Mae, who gets a pass on white collar crime against people. Please reconsider Mr. Cohen.

Although he will not be representing me in the case I am concerned with, he gave me some great advice and information about what my options are to proceed, which after a period of a day or so, led me to a great idea on how to handle the situation which would be beneficial to all involved, we'll see... if nothing else, the stress of having such a responsibility has been lifted...

Very rude and constantly interrupted; very poor listening skills during our consultation. Spoke in a denigrating manner which was very demeaning and upsetting. Attorneys apparently do not realize that a consultation is actually a job interview for them, and if they are rude to a potential client they will not be hired. We were very disappointed and would definitely not recommend this attorney based on our experience.

I have read Mr. Cohen's responses to client inquiries on Avvo and been impressed with his responses. I have also heard of his reputation from fellow attorneys in Knoxville. Mr. Cohen is obviously experienced, knowledgeable and compassionate,, I would endorse this attorney.
