I worked with Mark to understand my previous employer's contract following my leave. There were many aspects, from the non-compete to compensation, that the employer was imposing but I did not believe was appropriate. I really feel like Mark understood my situation and worked for the best possible resolution. He was a very sound source of legal advice, pointing me to certain presidents and examples that allowed me to effectively negotiate favorable terms. Furthermore, his advice on how to craft my emails helped to keep my previous employer engaged and willing to negotiate. I really appreciated these soft skills, as I was probably more emotional about the situation that I should have been and Mark helped keep my feelings in check and my expectations objective. Sherif is certainly not your stereotypical attorney. He has a genuine concern for your case, and he values your opinions regarding your case. He makes you comfortable at times when you might be feeling quite lost. My family would never use another attorney. Sherif is just awesome.
