Mr Matthew was assigned to my case in October when my fiancé and I were in an accident in LaFollette. I found this office here online via most reviews and positivity and decided to give it a chance. Not only is everyone in the office extremely personable and professional but they also have poodles inside you can pet and play with!! Mr Brake was very efficient in getting our case handled and making sure we were taken care of at the same time, we also got a little more than expected into our pockets and will definitely use them again if we ever have anything else happen. If this is your first car accident definitely turn to them they’re very patient and work hard for you.

About a year ago I was in a fender bender and knew that I needed representation to deal with the insurance companies. After going to several doctors I found out I needed two major surgeries as a result of the accident. As you probably know Tennessee Liability coverage requirements are low. The at fault party's limits were not enough to cover the costs of the surgeries. Christine worked through my insurance company and worked out a settlement through my under-insured motorist coverage that was more than satisfactory. The best part was that I did not have to deal with the insurance companies or attorneys, which was the original reason I retained a lawyer. Thank you Christine for all of your hard work and help!

I was the victim of an auto-accident, involving a utility truck. My car was totaled & my back was broken. After being treated like a moron by another well-known firm, I turned to the G3 Team. It has been 7 months since my life-changing accident. The G3 Team has made the process much less stressful. They handled everything! I never even had to go to their office. I used this attorney a couple years ago after a car accident. I was moderately injured and the accident was not my fault. I was essentially assured of a settlement from the responsible party. When discovered that the responsible party was uninsured my insurance paid out an uninsured motorist policy I had included in my coverage. Their office took 1/3 of my personal insurance policy and I was unable to pay all of my medical expenses. So, they took nearly 9k of the money I would have received regardless of hiring them and left me in debt. I gave 2 stars because the staff was friendly.

Amazingly hard working and courteous professionals. Would not even consider going elsewhere. True life savers. Thank you folks so much for all your help.

I was rear ended in January of 2019. Carrie and Chris were amazing. They worked very hard for me. They were always quick to return calls and answer questions. I received a very far settlement, in a very timely manner. If you need help that are a great choice. I hope I never need them again, but if I am ever in another car accident I know who will represent me. Thank you all so much!!!!!!!!!!!
