November 2013, I was advised by realtor to use Radiant Title. I was new to the area and buying a small home. At closing, there were issues with the closing disclosure that had to be corrected. Now today, I am trying to refinance my home. The title agency I am using called to inform me a Tenn Care lien was still showing on my property that should have been released with the original closing. I called Radiant and spoke with Janet Neil concerning the matter. She informed me, they did not keep my files from the closing ( should keep on file at minimum 10 years). It was not up to her to locate my file, although In 2013 I paid for a Title Policy and other closing costs. I again attempted to get her to help and she refused, yet again. I stated her reaction was poor business and and an effort should be made. She clicked the phone in my ear. Bottom line. If you are buying and it is not going to be your forever home, don't get Radiant to assist you. You may have a forever home against your will. I now have to check with Probate court to see if the lien release was completed myself. Even though, good money was paid on a limited income to Radiant just for this purpose. Stay away...

I am very pleased to say that as a realtor who has worked w many title agents in my 30+yrs in business, I had an amazing experience working with Karen Mead and Joy Hilton on a double closing. Their professionalism and ability to problem solve quickly was definitely an added bonus in getting what could have been very difficult closings resolved and to the closing table sooner than expected. My husband and I just went through the process of buying our first home. As overwhelming and stressful as that is, Joy Hilton and Karen Mead made this process so smooth. We couldn’t have bought this house without their constant encouragement in this journey. The home we bought was foreclosed on so there were many hoops we had to jump through but Joy ensured everything was done correctly and talked us through each step. They communicated so well and made sure every detail and deadline was met. On the day of closing we had so many questions and Karen answered each one of them and was so patient with us as first time home buyers. We don’t plan on moving anytime soon, but if we ever do we know who to call. If you need people who are on your team during this process please call and request them- I promise you will not be disappointed.

Most horrible unprofessional people I have ever dealt with. Mr. Pratt is a joke. Leslie is a joke. Victoria is a joke. We were supposed to close on May 10. Then they changed it to May 31. Then we were told it couldn't be the 31st coz Attorney Greg Pratt had gone on a 2-week vacation. Then he said when he came back all he needed was to talk to one more person. Then he said there were still unanswered questions. Then he said we should go to another title company. All this time we are trying to close on our house! At this time we had been dealing with Radian Title for 9 weeks but the story goes on. So since it is a cash deal, we decided to just close on the house without title insurance and Radiant said they would do the closing. We originally set closing date for Aug 2 but one of our parties said Aug 1 would be better. Keep in mind that the house sold last week of April so we are working on 4 months now, waiting for title insurance!!!!! So we were trying to find out what time we are closing tomorrow, but Leslie won't answer our phone calls. Our realtor has called several times for the last 2 days just trying to get the time of our closing and they absolutely won't return her calls. I was telling a friend of mine how we were being treated. She said Greg Pratt was the same one who did the closing on her grandmothers house and it took 5 months and they only closed after pitching a fit. So do I recommend Radiant Title? Hell no!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Live this title company. They are very professional and Karen Mead and Victoria are so efficient, plus communication GREAT. THEY got my clients contact and closed in 7 days, with the buyers and sellers both out of state. So organized ❤❤❤❤❤ THANK YOU RADIANT TITLE. Looking forward to many more closing with you.
