I hate to give a bad rating because Daniel seems like a nice person but my experience with him as my lawyer has been nothing but frustrating. He was extremely difficult to get a hold of by phone or email. He didn’t answer any of my questions, possibly because he didn’t know the answers. He did the absolute bare minimum and everything was done late, costing me more money, time and stress.
I will definitely not be using Daniel’s service again.

Very disappointed. Because of his untimely manner I lost out of the money he told me I would get as settlement. He told me at the beginning I would get the money for damages then he waited to long to file. I think it should have been his responsibility to know when to file not mine. He is the lawyer

My experience with the office staff is not good. I had a consultation scheduled for Friday of last week, which would be the 21st of September and was rescheduled for Wednesday at 10:30am. Still no call from this office and no consultation done from them either. Someone is not communicating with between the attorneys and the Paralegal. Where is the disconnect? Where is the call?
Today is Friday, September 29, 2023 and I still have no call from their team.
