I hired this firm back in 2021 and they have been through all the ups and downs of my insane case with me and at times i felt this case would never end but no matter what Chase Baker pushed me through until the end and in the end i finally won. I would hire Chase in every life time after this if I had to. I highly recommend Baker Foster Potter for your legal needs. My life has entirely changed for the better because they took a chance on me and never gave up on me. Thank you Baker Foster Potter for all the work and time you put into my case!

I paid so much money for this lawyer and went in to mediation for custody battle and rights and Alex Smith she was my lawyer she didn't compete or try to fight for more time that I could get with my son I went from a full time daddy to trying to get more time with my boy and hardly see him she didn't try how you gonna charge the last 750 when I've paid almost 6000 and retainer fee is 1500 but yet interest to that is 33% already paid 606 bucks to that and loan hasn't been touched nah don't go to these ppl rip off

Horrible service. I paid over $5k just to get a few phone calls with my daughter and on the day of the custody hearing, Brennan lenihan decides to withdrawal from the case leaving me hanging and with no results. Not to mention he was about the 4th lawyer the firm had switched on me. Wasted time and $$. Baker foster doesn't care.

We just recently used Mrs. Alex Smith as our attorney for an adoption. We had met with Brandon Potter to get information, and then we talked with Chase Baker when we signed our contract. We have had a great experience with all 3 of them. Alex is very respectful, caring, professional, and such a great lawyer. Definitely recommend Chase. He had a good argumental stand with the district attorney and did the best he could with what he had to work with. With the circumstances that was laid out on the table he got the settlement that was needed in order to help the situation.
