I needed advice about the appeal process and assistance regarding my case. I spoke with James Wright who helped immensely with several different parts!! He even called the plaintiff's lawyer and negotiated the judgment against me and did this at NO CHARGE!! I will use him in the future and recommend Mr Wright to anyone needing legal assistance.

Disappointing that I was referred here from Fed Ex up the street who discontinued their notary service and said this firm had one and could help. However they were not willing to inless I was a client. I am staying on the University of Tennessee Campus and from out state. I walked a mile here and happy to pay whatever they charged. Probably being a legal firm they didn'twant any liability. Well, it was good exercise at least to get a walk. As a professional myself, I would have least been nicer about it. But guess that's why I am engineer and not a lawyer.

Mr. Casteel has been wonderful. As my family dealt with loss and the inevitable probate issues, Mr. Casteel has been both legal counsel and even a source of support during such a painful/scary time. He has walked my family through this process making sure to answer all of our questions. We felt heard, not rushed, most importantly I felt comfortable in the decisions we made. Can't comment on their legal services, but for their humanitarian efforts I give them five starts. I was involved in an accident on the street right in front of their office and a lady immediately came out of their office to check up on me. There was no serious injury some, but had I needed an attorney at the time, I would've definitely seemed their guidance.
