I hired Ben for a very long child custody battle for my daughter after hearing great things about him from a close family friend attorney. Throughout the whole process from the paternity test to the parenting plan, Ben was always doing whatever he could to make sure my little girl would have her daddy in her life. He led and guided me through the toughest time of my life; a time where I wasn't sure if I would get to see my little girl. From the very start Ben put me at ease. What I liked the most is that he listened to me, intently. When I left after our first meeting I had no doubt I was in the best hands possible. He approached my case like a surgeon... the detail at which he works makes me wonder how others survive with lesser representation. If you can hire him, do it.

Ben helped me with a criminal matter I had unfortunately managed to get myself into. Through his knowledge of the legal process and and impeccable negotiation skills, he not only managed to help me avoid jail time but was able to show the court the charges weren’t proper for the conduct. Well before any trial date he he’d reviewed my case and had me voluntarily performing community service. He continually kept me updated on the status and outlined a very detailed trial strategy from the start. The attention to detail and level of professionalism and aggressiveness with which he handled my case showed me something rare to see in an attorney.
