Knoxville Bar Association referred me to Luke Durham when I was served with a detainer warrant on property that was under (an informal) sale contract to my mother. Heirs of the property owner refused to sell as previously agreed upon and chose to evict me. Luke was willing to take the case last minute, much to my relief. I was very impressed with his credentials. His confidence negated my anxiety. Luke arrived promptly on our court date, while we spent 20-30 minutes awaiting the arrival of the plaintiff's attorney. Luke was able to obtain twice the amount of time that I requested to vacate the property. I am beyond grateful for the referral and to Luke for exceeding my expectations! Luke Durham represented me on a speeding ticket. I didn't have to go to Court -- I was able to stay at work and continue making my pay for the day. Luke went to Court and was able to get the ticket dismissed (not on my driving record nor had to pay the ticket) and had the court costs dismissed too!
