I've been Mr. Mike Baisley's client for almost 6 years now, and he is a wonderful person and a superb attorney. He has taken care of all of my legal issues, whether they were big (businesses) or small (personal), and has consistenlty went out of his way to resolve such matters, serving to be a great legal advisor as well.

Being connected with Mike was quite the 'find' for our company. His expertise in assisting us with acquisitions as well as his work in resolving some legal battles has been exemplary. Michael Baisley is a rare breed of legal professional. I say this because he has represented me for a sufficient period of time for me to make this assessment. Mr. Baisley will listen very intently to the situation at hand and respond with his appraisal of the matter in a straightforward, no nonsense manner, always in a constructive tone. His ethics are tremendous, and he embodies what a true attorney should do rather than what most lawyers actually do. His skill is of the caliber that I would rate 5 Star; Michael does his best, and succeeds at this, to help his client achieve the best possible outcome. He has a great heart, one he will rarely portray, and his colleagues are cut from the same cloth. I have only been greeted in a warm and authentic way by his assistants, who will follow him into an active volcano if that were a necessary task to accomplish the end result. I highly recommend Michael Baisley for any legal matter one might have. He will deliver and his fees are extremely reasonable. I have often thought I could pay more for legal services elsewhere, but I will never get the quality and service Michael Baisley delivers day after day.
