This man is an icon of Knoxville justice. If it can be done, he and his firm can do it for you. If you've been victimized, or even if you're in trouble, you can always expect and count on the best possible outcome when T. Scott Jones is on your side.
The man is very easy to talk to. Friendly as can be. But equally important: He's a straight shooter. No nonsense. Tells you like it is. And he will tell the court and the jury like it is as well. I've hired him and his firm more than once, and I will again if or whenever the need arises.

I have been to other attorneys in Knoxville, and I must say That Banks and Jones have all the others beat in terms of service and commitment. I have experienced "Turnstyle Justice" from the courts in the past. Being a client of Banks and Jones means that you won't be treated as a case number. They will fight the system to be sure you are treated fairly and equally. Your side of the case and your voice WILL BE HEARD. No question.

I was injured on the job in 2000 by a forklift with a faulty parking brake. I was referred to him by a friend he took my case, we never went to court and 6 months later I got back workers comp. pay and he got 20% of that. It was the 1st and last time I ever used an attorney
