I had a pleasant experience and they helped me.

Tried at least 5 times to set up a consult with Mr. Jones. Left numerous messages w/ his (very busy) secretary. He was communicative with me when it involved me giving him the signature that his client needed...but he just totally blew me off afterwards when I asked for his help. Oh and FYI good luck even getting a call thru to his secretary. She picks up the call with the words "Banks and Jones please hold" and then you will be in the queue for more than 10 mins. Even when I showed up in person at the office to give them my signature to dismiss the case against his client, they actually tried to make me sit in the lobby and wait for 10+ mins. While on my half hour lunch break. If they wanted my signature, they really should've presented me with that paperwork as swiftly/conveniently as possible. It was in the middle of my work day, and I was literally there to give him a Win. Probably not the best person to have sitting around in his lobby feeling overlooked.
