I had used the firm many years ago and had excellent results. I counted on the same service this year and this time. It took weeks and many detailed emails with photos to be turned down and referred to HUD for my problem by many agencies. HUD also turned me down, though the problem is their actual job. HUD told me to "Get a lawyer." I contacted Banks and Jones. Since then, a lot of time and effort, professionalism, photos and emails have been used in the efforts to resolve my problem.
