Scott was great, he helped me with a problem from 13 years ago, and made it go away.

I went to banks and jones after a car accident in which I was the passenger and got hurt. I was promised “triple digits” on my settlement. One year went by with no communication from there end. I tried continuously to contact them and left multiple messages with there front desk lady and it would take weeks for them to get back to me. After a year of waiting on them to do what I thought they did best, they called me in and told me that my settlement would be a WAY smaller amount and that they couldn’t do much more for me. A year and a half later, I am in a mass amount of debt due to medical bills and I also have a permanently damaged hip that I can’t go get treated because of my debt that I was left with after dealing with banks and jones. I was also told that I should not worry about paying for my car at the time because it would be “taken care of”. Mind you, I was summoned to court over that loan recently. I fully believe that they took advantage of me because I was only a 20 year old kid at the time, trying to figure it all out by myself. 0/10 would not recommend. (They also, awkwardly, made me write them a good review when I was signing the final paper work. Which I deleted as soon as I left the room)

I had to hire a lawyer and Mr Scott jones and Mrs Abby jones are phenomenal. I went in a little nervous and uneducated not knowing what was going to happen or what could happen. Explained the situation to them and They assured me that they could take care of me and my wife. The situation was very unexpected and they worked with me on the money situation which was phenomenal of them. I couldn’t ask for a better lawyer. Now we just have to go to court and I have extremely high confidence in the outcome because of their reassurance
