Prime example of forgetting where you came from. Fawn & Rachel are excellent- highly recommend. Problem is if you have to deal with Vivian - shoot yourself in the face and spare yourself the trouble. Totally unprofessional and has no concern for the client. The truth of the situation is undefeated. Take your business to people that care about you-

Had an initial consultation with an attorney named Rachel from the Mandy Hancock Law Firm. She showed zero understanding and sympathy and she even questioned the validity of my narrative. How can you support a client in court if you openly question them? She asked for a nonrefundable retainer that was 20+ hours of their time, which was excessive and way more than other firms ask. She did not even provide the name of the associate attorney that would be assigned to my case, but had the audacity to request I sign up for their services in blind faith. At the end of the phone call she agreed to email me a contract for having their services retained but NEVER did. All this atrocious service and attitude was overpriced at $400/hr. I am still regretting I had to pay that amount in advance. There is absolutely zero reason the good people of East Tennessee should have to deal with these atrocious business practices - this review will hopefully make them reconsider. Case in point: Almost 4 months after the initial consultation I had somebody from Hancock Law call me to follow up with next steps. Seriously? I couldn't make this up even if I tried.

Not only did Mandy handle my divorce and custody case, she also handled my case for termination of my ex-husband’s rights/adoption of my boys by my current husband. She and Clay made the process so smooth. Mandy will always be my go-to for anything legal as she as a high sense of urgency, has been in the legal field long enough to have a rapport with most attorneys in the area and she will fight hard for you.
