I hired Dustin to help me settle my differences with my siblings over the settlement of my parents' estate. It was a contentious settlement. I believe Dustin Crouse helped me to obtain the best settlement in the least time with the most return and least heartache possible. It's a balancing act and difficult to ascertain when to push more, let go, or compromise if compromise is possible. I think Mr. Crouse had my best interest at heart and wanted to save me money with regard to his fees while settling the estate as fairly as possible under the circumstances. Dustin was also professional in his dealings with my siblings and their attorney.

Dustin met me on short notice and on New Years Eve day to help me understand my Mother’s Living Trust that was prepared by another lawyer. He answered all my questions and gave me peace of mind while also showing me potential issues that might crop up in the future. He was personable, professional, knowledgeable, and impressive. I intend to use his services myself when i create my own trust. I would highly recommend.

Dustin Crouse was recommended to help with an estate before and after a relative passed away. The advise he gave was invaluable in helping us prepare for the relative passing. Once the estate went into probate, Dustin walked us through each phase as well as advised on how to handle the different situations that came up.

Dustin prepared, processed and closed the probate court cases for both my late mother’s and brother’s estates with excellent expertise and professionalism. Dustin worked with my father to create a legal plan to care for his family. Dustin's scope of practice is specific to elder law and estate planning. His expertise is evident and he is also able to skillfully communicate complicated legal information and options such that consumers can understand and make informed decisions. He also worked around logistical issues that have been exacerbated due to Covid. I cannot imagine another attorney could provide that level of compassion, expertise and flexibility.

I really liked working with Mr. Inman. He did a great job helping me in a custody battle. His whole office was helpful during this very difficult time. I would definitely use him again.

I've been represented by Mr Inman four times in family court. I understand that fathers are already behind the eight ball in the courtroom, but this was exceptionally terrible. The most recent time (May 2016) was the worst. He allowed my ex wife's attorney to grill me mercilessly on the stand, when she's the one who walked out on them almost two years ago. My integrity was repeatedly brought into question with very little testimony taken from her. Afterward, he told my wife that it was OK because I'm tough. He also said we would "spend out" the other side, meaning make them pay the fees, etc. None of this has happened. He sent an email with the final court decree on the day it was to begin (Saturday). Now, he won't return my emails. Use him at your own risk.
