Loved it!

Dave Otten went above and beyond helping me sell my house. We ran into a few issues during the process, but he was extremely helpful every step of the way. I couldn’t have asked for a better agent. He even took care of things for me while I was out of the country! He was very patient with me and helped me navigate the entire process as a first-time seller. I would 100% recommend Dave to anyone looking for a real estate agent!

I was refered to the Otten law firm by the Knoxville Bar Association while searching for an attorney seeking advice, and perhaps retention, in a matter relating to Real Estate law. I had never used the service before and was apprehensive as to what to expect. I was given the name and phone number for attorney David Otten of the Otten law firm, and was told by the Bar Association that they would send an introductory email to David explaining what the basis of my legal concer was and my pertinent contact information. Within a few hours (same day), I received an email from attorney David Otten and also a phone call. Upon speaking, I was quickly put at ease by the tone and content of the conversation. David, to his credit, was genuine in his concern for my need and absolutely did not spare any expense in providing me his free time. What a difference from other experiences I have had with other attorneys who "offer" free consultation but these consultations, are not only short in nature, but worse, are designed to pressure you into coming into the office in order to initiate their billing. In case you are wondering, I did hire David and I did respond to the survey provided me by the Bar Association where I complemented them also for having referred me to David. Kudos to both David and the Knoxville Bar Association!.

Ms. Taylor is a pleasure to work with, and very knowledgeable about family law.

I had a few questions. Ms. Taylor was very personable and helpful. I will definitely seek her out in the future if I need her services.

The worst lawyer in the USA. He has no idea what he is doing. Answers questions and gives wrong information every single time. I am surprised he is still in business. Doesn’t return calls just gets your money and runs! This guy needs to be sued in Court and I plan to do so. How did he ever pass the bar? Horrible!
