Back in November I went on a trip about 2 hours from where my home is with someone and ended up getting pulled over soon as I pulled off of the Loudon County Exit. I know absolutely no one there keep in mind. I had to change drivers with the person I was riding with as soon as we pulled off the exit due to certain reasons and as soon as that happened we were pulled over. At this point I had not drove in 4 straight years. I was after this charged with a DUI (due to being a methadone clinic patient) Charged with simple possession of schedule 4, violation of implied consent law, and driving on suspended license. I was taken to jail put on a 7000 bond. Once bonded out that night, by the next week I looked all over my hometown in Morristown Tn for an attorney to take this case. One of the two lawyers I use very much back home recommended I go to meet with Mr. Joe Fanduzz since the case was a few counties over. So I called Joe Fanduzz and I met with him the following Friday. He was great all the way. I tend to overreact to every thing but he told me from Day 1 that he would get me through this and did his best to calm me down even when court came on March 22nd 2017. I was still beyond nervous 😩 Mr. Fanduzz got to court got all my charges dropped to Wreckless Driving and Simple possession with a fine a few hrs of community service and probation. I just got my license back last week and insurance so I was scared to lose it again which he prevented thank God. Overall I am beyond thankful I had Mr. Fanduzz by my side in court he continuously told me to calm down lol which is hard for someone like me, but he made me feel better through the whole court session. Hopefully the situation never arises again but if it does I will not ever have any other lawyer beside me in a court room. Thank you so much Mr. Fanduzz I appreciate everything you did for me in court on the 22nd of March and I got to keep my license most of all and No jail time. Mr. Fanduzz thank you so much I'm more grateful than u know your the best.

Joseph Fanduzz is an excellent lawyer and understanding person. I found myself in a bad situation facing a class D felony charge that should never have happened to begin with. Being a person that never been in trouble with law prior to the incident I was lost not knowing what my next step should be. However, I felt comfortable with Joseph and trusted him which I cannot be more grateful in my decision for he was able to come into agreement with the court to have all my charges dismissed upon six months of good behavior. When I first met him at his office I could feel his enthusiasm and general sympathy for the situation I found myself in. He was also available my phone if I ever had a question; I seemed to always forget the date and time of my next court hearing so this was a relief. If he is unable to answer his phone he will always respond ina timely manner. He also responded to text messages if this is a preferred method for it was very convenient for me. I felt he was reasonable priced for I found it difficult to put a price on my future so to be honest I would have paid more for his services then he charged me. Actually when he told me how much he would charge me I was surprised the amount was so low for that was the only time I was ever worried about hiring him cause I was concerned why his services were so much less then other attorneys in the area. I am very grateful for his services and highly recommend this lawyer for he prevented major changes in my current life.
