I have known John for several years. I am in court with him frequently, have worked on cases with John, and have referred many him clients to him over the years. John is an excellent attorney. He will fight for you and is sympathetic to your cause. He is highly ethical and a good man. You can’t go wrong with John Sholly, he will always steer you in the right direction!

John has helped us immensely with a custody issue. We felt lost and didn't know where to turn. He was understanding and really listened to the details of our situation. I hope this finds you blessed today. I would like to think that in life I have learned to deal with pain and suffering as a standard of living with a smile and a thankful heart. That being said I had one of if not the most traumatizing experiences of my life and everyone including numerous attorneys said that I had a real issue but it wasn’t something they knew how to tackle. I was reffered to Ashley and her and Bob agreed to hear me out on my situation. Even tho Bob saw no clear road in my situation he understood my pain was worth my time and money so he made it worth his and took my case. Tho at this point it is early in what could take years he has already in light of I believe the fact that myself and my family spent all of the extra cash we had, without his firm knowing to retain them. Offered that if we get no response from the hospital to go ahead with the pre-suit filing at no cost to myself and my family. Even if nothing comes of my situation just having someone willing to say no this is wrong and yes we will look into it has soothed some of the trauma that I currently find myself feeling daily.
