Jason is very knowledgeable and for the people. He worked with me and made my stress level drop to zero. He communicated timely and walked through the process with me and everything worked exactly as he described. I literately spent 5 min in the court room to only hear the case was dismissed! While Jonathan Taylor was communicating with me, he was very attentive, got all the information he needed, and gave me the next steps. However, when I reached out to move forward, I got no response. After 2 emails with no response, I called and left a message, also with no response.
I believe that communication is professional, and Jonathan Taylor proved very unprofessional in his lack of communication towards me.
