My brother died in custody of police. They would not give him medical care. Contacted law office several times. It was always “he is just too busy.” Sent paperwork and video in for him to review. He didn’t even do that. Wanted to charge me to send the password back to me. So disappointed.

10/20/23 - I was referred to Mr. Coller and their team for my troubling situation.
Mr. Coller has been a phenomenal help with my case. From day 1, he has been at my side as I patiently await the investigation to come to a close. The retainer fee was up to $5,000 for my trouble, but it has been worth every penny.

We hired John Valiant III to do a simple demand letter. Communication was almost non existent. It was a very poor experience pretty much from the beginning. Important emails went unreturned. Promised call backs never happened. His paralegal Sheila is extremely rude and condescending. It's rare that I regret a business transaction but this is one I absolutely regret.
