I don’t know what that review was with the 1 star, but I’ve used John for over 10 years. This law firm is the best of the best. John, even took care of my divorce for me, hands down got me everything I asked for. He and the other attorneys were very thorough in what we were doing and executed a plan. John is the best of the best, he knows everybody and knows the court system and the court room!

After $5000 spent and 3 years wasted, we are still in the same legal situation. This firm will take your money and not do the work, as promised. Do your reviews and spend your family's time and money elsewhere.

Mr. Coller is an excellent lawyer. Not only that he's getting my husband's case solved, he helped us answering any questions even not related to our case. His communication is the best. I would recommend him to all who needed assistance in TN and if there's a sixth star I would rate him to the max...Thank you so much Mr. Coller for everything you have done for my husband.

Did not help and took forever to do almost nothing. Doesn't answer the phone doesn't call back. Would not recommend

Mr Coller is a true professional attorney. He spent a lot of time discussing the case with me and always returned my calls. For example, when I left a message with his staff that I needed to talk to him they said he would return my call. Unlike several other attorneys in the area, whom I had trouble contacting, he called me back that evening - actually from the Knoxville Airport on his way out of town. After some discussion he had to board his plane, but said he would call back later that night. He did call me back and he clearly explained what he would do and what consequences could result. In the end he was able to negotiate with the prosecutor and Judge a dismissal of the charge without me being in court. This was far better than what I expected and what other lawyers thought they could do. I highly recommend him - he is reliable, competent and knowledgeable.

$5500 dollars for their litigation associate to do research on all the information I provided . She encouraged us to do yet another illegal act..! I don't recommend this firm to mail a letter for you ! Very sorry attorney firm in my opinion..
